VPSS was established in 2014 and has over the years emerged as a well - known, respected and successful organization in the provision of a wide range of security services to clients throughout Cambodia.
 
VPSS is an established, reliable and accredited protection firm. We have been providing high caliber security services for our clients with special area of interest in Manned Guarding Security. VPSS is fully licensed with the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Economic and Finance and the Ministry of Interior which recognizes our continued commitment to our clients in areas of quality and service delivery.

VPSS MANAGEMENT AND STAFF are highly qualified, dedicated and work very closely with both clients and authority at every level in relation to the security services that are contractually being provided and have the flexibility and capacity to modify any aspect of this service if the client so desire.

VPSS SECURITY PERSONNEL are screened, selected and trained in all facets of security which is directly related to their job description and once they are selected they are required to attend ongoing training courses as management directs.

This level of selection and training ensures that the security standards are consistently maintained at a high level and as such, reduces the risk of compromise to client’s operational capability.

VPSS since commencing operations back in 2014, and as a result of providing a standard of excellence, has grown dramatically.

At the start, VPSS set up its HQ in Phnom Penh and provided security services to clients within the Phnom Penh area.

Within a very short period of time client demand increased dramatically and now VPSS has its operations for clients located in various provinces throughout Cambodia.

All security personnel from the time they have been interviewed go through a very strict and thorough screening process which involves:
•    Application form
•    Residency / character check signed by commune chief
•    Family book / resident book, (copy)
•    Identification Card
•    Birth Certificate, (copy)
•    Drug test before employed

Note: The above course modules are the main subjects; however there is a great deal within each of these and critically when security personnel are assigned to a specific location / facility there would be additional training / instruction relating to the area of duty.

All uniforms and related security equipment are the responsibility of VPSS and would be regularly inspected / checked to ensure that it was in good condition & operational. This would be the responsibility of the Security Supervisor who is patrolling / inspecting various client locations 24/7.

All security personnel when on duty are equipped with radio handsets or mobile phone and as part of their uniform have visible ID / Identification whereby the client at any time can check to ensure the security personnel are assigned to their location / facility.
